This Barbie Power Wheels has many features that make it even more realistic for little ones. The twist grip throttle is easy for little hands to use and will rev the vehicle into high speed. When comparing to other Fisher Price Power Wheels, this one definitely outperforms them all because of the Monster Traction feature. This one feature makes it so easy for the ATV to maneuver through all kinds of rough conditions. My little girl runs hers right through the grass, over rocks and gravel, and on bumpy roads. She does not want to stick to riding on the sidewalk or driveway. It even easily pulls up slopes and hills in the yard. So far, it has taken her everywhere she wants to go with no problem at all. Even the Power Lock brakes are easy for her to control.

Battery powered ride on toys can be of concern for parents because of the limited battery life of some kids ride on toys. However, I found that the battery of this one actually lasts approximately four hours, which means my kid can ride until she's tired. This Barbie quad even comes with the 12V battery and the charger. The battery is so long lasting that I didn't even bother to buy extras like some of the other parents that I know did.

My daughter, who is three, says the ride is smooth. Also, I noticed that the handlebars seem to be in the right position for her to hold onto them without having to lean awkwardly while she is riding. She has plenty of leg room. Although she can reach the pedals without stretching, I think there is enough leg room for her to be able to ride comfortably for another year and a half to two years. This is one toy I think she will use for quite some time, so I feel pretty confident about buying this one.

Fisher Price Power Wheels come with a One Year Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty that made me feel better about purchasing this as a gift for my daughter. The warranty on hers is still good, and I have never had to use it.

Overall, the Power Wheels Barbie KFX 12V is a great option for beginner ATV riders and will appeal to any little girl's sense of adventure, especially with Barbie along for the ride. When I think of my daughter's smiling face when she received hers as a gift, it brings a smile to my face. Certainly any little girl would be excited to wake up on Christmas morning and see a pink Barbie quad under the Christmas tree.
